Pastor Ramil Carmen

Pastor Ramil Carmen (Pastor of Administration and Pastor of WCCC Main Church.)

Pastor Ramil recognizes that his corporate experience is a blessing and must be used for His glory. He also works as Senior Vice President for Finance & Accounting in a coffee company in Richmond, BC. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a CPA and has completed a Business Management Program from A.I.M. in the Philippines where he was Class President and finished with a Superior Performance Award. Pastor Ramil finished his master’s degree in Theology (ThM) where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.  He recently completed a short course in Finance Technology at Harvard University. Pastor Ramil is currently an occasional Master's student at Carey Theological College. 

Prior to being a pastor, he was President of the WCCC’s Board of Directors. Being a university professor in the Philippines, he believes in the importance of continuing education. He completed various courses given by Discipleship International and has a Certified Minister’s License from Word International Ministries and is a licensed wedding commissioner in BC. Pastor Ramil published his first book “Quiet Waters: Reflections on the Twenty Third Psalm.” in 2018.

He is happily married to Sis. Eleanor Carmen and they have two children, Elaine and Ram.  He loves to play scrabble with his family. His life verse is Matthew 16:26.
